At the College

My time at Loretto College was impactful in many ways. I learned a lot about friendship and fitting in. I often felt connected with different groups, as Loretto students were always welcoming in the hallways. My favourite memory of high school was the improv group a small group of us did during lunch. It still feels special in my mind.

I learned a lot from my teachers at LCS. They were always open to helping me when I felt stuck. It taught me that it was to not “always know”, but to seek help when we can. I still use that advice to this day.

Getting Personal

What have you been up to?

Lots of schooling, parenting, volunteering and opening up a business in wellness. Along the way, I have also had a beautiful daughter who is the most important part of my life after high school. A lot has happened over the years. Even through all the highs, there were some lows – I lost my father in 2013 that showed me grief and pain. I stand here today feeling that I have grown a lot of a person through all the parts of my life.

Getting Professional

A lot has happened since high school. Continued my education and after what feels like, many years of school – I became a therapist. I currently own a Wellness Clinic in Toronto with an incredible staff of 5 therapists and recently announced my new location in Europe!

My passion has always been in mental health and helping others. I’ve spent a lot of my time volunteering and working in the community. It’s no surprise I ended up in my field.
